All preheaters and melting sets are indirectly heated with an oil jacket. The heating is done by either oil or gas burner(s). An additional electrical heater can be added to maintain heat during non-working hours.
All preheaters have thermostats for both oil and thermoplastic material. They are also fitted with a protection against over-heating.
The agitator could be designed for powder or block material and is always attached with double bearings on top making the bottom sealed and leak free. The motion is done with hydraulic or electric motors.
The mixing can be done with an automated program which alters directions and speed making the melting process more efficient.
The material outlet has an oil jacket and could
be handled by hand, electrics, pneumatics or hydraulics.
All melting sets can be equipped with a bigbag- emptier for fast re-filling with powder material using a small crane.
Filling systems with pumps are available with different capacities and always include a heat oil pump for heat circulation.
